Hi there! I’m Kristal Soler, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I specialize in individual therapy for teens and adults who are navigating the messy, overwhelming, and often confusing parts of life. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, or major transitions, my goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward.

I hold both a Master’s Degree and an Education Specialist Degree in Counseling and Human Systems from Florida State University. Over the years, I’ve worked across a wide range of settings including victim advocacy, high-intensity crisis intervention, and family therapy, which brings depth and flexibility to my work.

In addition to my clinical practice, I’ve trained fellow therapists and presented at conferences, driven by a deep commitment to mental health education and community care.
