Individual Therapy Services
I provide individual therapy for adults who are navigating life’s more difficult and uncertain moments, including anxiety, relationship changes, burnout, and major transitions. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, intrusive thoughts, or constant “what if” worries that make it hard to feel present or confident in their decisions while making deeper connections between the mind and body connection.
Whether you're feeling lost after graduation, overwhelmed by a career shift, or questioning patterns in your relationships, therapy can be a place to slow down, gain clarity, and learn new ways to respond to the thoughts and fears that keep you feeling stuck.
